ABOUT MARK OUR FOUNDER Mark has been in the auto industry for over 30 years. He started his career in the retail sector where he spent more than 16 years managing various departments and dealerships. After that, he joined JM&A Group for more than 6 years where he trained, coached, mentored and developed JM&A Specialists and dealership’s personnel before taking the District Manager role to manage the Western Region’s assigned territories. Afterwards, he joined Hyundai Capital America for more than 7 1/2 years and ended his career as the National Sales Director. He launched the Power Protect Extended Services (PPES) Division for HCI and managed the national day-to-day sales operations of Hyundai Capital Insurance (HCI).
WHO WE ARE Surety Protect LLC provides the most innovative F&I products designed for the modern automotive consumer, creating a world-class user experience throughout the lifecycle of vehicle ownership. We partnered with an “A” rated, full-service F&I product administrator, highly focused on technology, EV solutions and speed of time for ease of doing business. We are headquartered in Naples, FL and service clients across the nation. We strategically partnered with enterprise-level automotive service industry clients with over 12,000 locations.
After many years of servicing both sides of the business and successfully consulting dealers in 48 states; Mark decided to launch his own Agency “Surety Protect” to offer dealers and customers the most innovative F&I products and a world-class user experience throughout the lifecycle of vehicle ownership. All products are backed by “A” rated insurance carriers Surety Protect’s long-term objective is to be the most innovative protection provider at a competitive cost for consumers, OEM (auto, RV, Power-sports, commercial and fleet), and e- commerce/web retail affiliate platforms. We intend to focus on other distribution channels outside of the “dealer” business.
